Shipping & Handling
At CZ Tactical Shop, we only ship within the USA. We take great care in curating our shipping channels to ensure your products are delivered safely and promptly. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. While transit times generally range from 1-5 days, please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Our shipping department will provide email updates with tracking information for your package. All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please report any damages to cztacticalshop@gmail.com within 7 business days of the delivery date.
If you have multiple packages sent to you and fail to pick them up, the shipping couriers may either return the package to CZ Tactical Shop or route them to their local lost & found/holding facility. It is your responsibility to track the package and ensure it is picked up. Any costs associated with re-shipping or re-clearing a missed package will be covered by the purchaser.
Payment Methods
CZ Tactical Shop supports any U.S.-issued card and most non-U.S. issued cards with a Payment Network logo, including credit, debit, pre-paid, or gift cards. Credit cards will be charged on the date of the order placement. Payments are processed securely through the Shopify Payments card processing service.

Body Armor Purchases
If you are ordering body armor, ensure that the city/jurisdiction you live in allows for the possession of the level of armor you intend to purchase. Higher levels of body armor, such as Level 4, often require proof of a firearms license or a government-issued ID verifying law enforcement or military status. It is your responsibility to have the correct permits for armor purchases, as CZ Tactical Shop does not refund armor purchases.
