The H3 Buffer is a Heavy Buffer Designed to Reduce Felt Recoil as Well as Reduce the Cycling Rate. It is Designed to Mil-Spec Standards for Use in AR-15 Carbines with a Collapsible Buttstock. Please Use Caution When Adding a Heavy Buffer to Your Rifle Build as Too Heavy of a Buffer can Prevent Reliable Function. Three tungsten buffer weights are inside to make it “Rattle”.
